Thunderbolt Signal Mirrors

Anybody who's looking for these--Hillbank Motorsports has these on sale for $24.99 while supplies last. They were a great deal at $40.00-I love mine. Once they're gone, they're gone forever.

Just picked up a set from Hillbank. The sway bars they have on there are at a great price as well. To bad I dont have enough funds to pick them both up. Shipping is killer on the sway bars.

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere they have to be modded or the 01 mirrors but I can't remember why

Ford changed the internal mechanism of the power mirrors in the middle of the 2001 model year, so the range for the Thunderbolt inserts is 2001.5~2005 Ranger. The midyear change was around February, 2001.

So they wont fit a '99 w/power mirrors without modifying it or won't flt at all?

According to Hillbanks it should fit....

You can't without risky modification IMO.

If you're willing to pay a lot more money, you can order a set from Muth. They sell signal mirror kits and heated signal mirror kits for 1996~2010 and they ship to Canada.
