Tow hook question

How you guys have tow hooks on ur truck with the 3" pa body lift. the holes are to high now for the hooks.

cut the valance or ditch..

or bracket them up..

get LII ones since you dont need to cut as much with the BL

does anyone have any pics how the front tow hooks mount to the frame? I am putting an edge front bumper on my 97 and think it would be cool to add some...

heres a pic of mine, with three inch body and lvl II tow hooks. I had to cut a little bit of the valence to make it work.
