does anyone elses sonic or vista blue some times look purple and has anyone came up with a way to keep it lookin blue cause i hate when it looks purple.

 

i look at it its blue. not sure where u get this purple...

 

I know exactly what your talking about. If it hasent been waxed in a while, and its dusty/dirty, in the sun it can look sorta like purple. Not pure purple, but sorta. Just keep it clean and waxed for that rich blue you want.

Yep, Just noticed it the other day. Dirty = kinda purple.

My 10 second cure is to drive the toyota 4x4 which is always black and never gets washed. 20 years old and the frame is still basicly in one piece.

Heck, I actually enjoy the look of sonic blue, but catch it at a glance when it hasnt been well waxed and taken care of, and yeah.. teh sun can make it look deceivingly darkish purple.

vista blue is such a nicer color.

 

lol eh i like it, i think its blue.. sometimes especially at night in some street lights it looks really purpole.. but i like the two tone mine has,, still havent seen one like mine in person yet..

I saw a sonic blue ranger a while back, and I was looking at it as it went by, and saw a purpleish tint in it.

i used to catch soooo much **** from my roommate and his girlfriend for driving a purple car. then when i got the ranger, they kept it up. but i dont think the ranger is remotely purple
