Two tone, or not two tone...

Lame title ok but whatever ha ha.

Im thinking about doing a two tone on my truck similar to the last Level IIs. Like this member's truck.... (BiltriteBullies)

The DSG on black looks awesome, and id probably paint the flares DSG too.
Yay or Nay? I can do it for $0 at work, so its only gonna cost me time. So cost is a non issue. Its just a matter of if its lame for a 2WD sport to rock an FX4 L2 paint job.

Oh, and paint the bumpers too? or leave them black? I think they might even look good black but hey...

Heres my truck as is

I might do some spray out panels of DSG and hold it up to the car or something and see how it looks in person. I dont see a ton of L2 's out here to compare it to.

Anyone got some close up shots of where the factory cuts off the two tone?

Do it in Line-X. They can do pretty much any color you want, then it will actually serve a purpose

i could go either way on that one.

I like the 2 tone but not the grey bumper up front. I think the grey bumper out back would look good.

Yeah that helps alot. Do you have any pics of where the cutoff is in the doorjamb and on the area between the back of the cab and front of the bed?

I like it, i think ive got to photoshop it with the black flares to see how that looks. I think id keep the front bumper black well, because i like it lol. I LOVE the standard FX4 split spoke wheels. I wonder how those would look powdercoated DSG or black and thrown on here...

Ideas... damn... I think even though the paint is free, ill wind up into this for a few hundred to complete the look lol.
