Westin Bull Bar on 07 Ranger

First, I don't think the bar is really designed to fit the 06/07 rangers. It works fine, but is pushing up against the lower part of the plastic valence, and there is absolutely no way to lower it down lower to clear it better. Other than that there were no hitches to the install. Took roughly a half hour in the cold garage.

These pics are dark, I'll have to get better ones Sunday when I'm off work.

Oh, and its not crooked, the license plate is.

Dude, there were like 20 rangers at the dealership with my rims, unique is a relative comment towards this board. So what's your point?

Quit trying to one-up someone with smart *** comments, founded on a single part of a statement, which was not based on production Rangers in their entirety. You sir lose at reading comprehension, quit taking part of a post out of context and creating a reply to try and undermine my thoughts.

This is funny, now you try to spin it around, hahaha.

Go away.

Why not get the brackets modified so that it won't rub on the valence?

Just a thought. Some decent welding shop should be able to do it.

Thanks DUB

aftermarket, I may do it myself, I can weld well enough that I don't need to take it anywhere, but its not so bad that its making anything deform, it just pushes it up a little bit, we'll see this spring though when I find the real motivation for working on my trucks.

Cant you do the front bumper mod and lift your bumper so it doesnt rub?

Don't think that makes a lot of difference in regards to the rubbing.

That has crossed my mind as well, I'll try it when everything is apart this spring for the superlift.

but i wish there was a way to lower it a bit more but still looks good
