I picked up a 99 XLT earlier this week and it has a few items I'd like to replace. One being the front bumper that is bent and the grill that is cracked.

So my thinking is to just put a newer grill and bumper assembly on it. Will this work?

 

if an 03' edge front bumper will fit my '99 Mazda B4000.....then any bumper 98-03 should fit your XLT. im not totally sure about the 04-current bumpers/grills.

 

i have a header panel, grille, hood and headlights off a 98 ranger if you are interested.

you can put a newer front end on it, you have to buy a bunch of parts.

heres something i got from another website, they are the ford part numbers of everything you will need to make it look like an 01-03 edge.
