Thinkin about getting my windows tinted when i get back to Florida. I was jus curious if anyone knew of any places in or around the melbourne areas to recommend? What percentage tint do people have out there on the forums?

 

I've got 20%.

 

5% on back and sides. if you already have tinted windows on the back(i didnt) get like 20% all around

 

I had 5% all around, then GA lawa changed to allow only 32%, so I had to get my sides changed, btu the back and windhsield strip is still 5

 

screw that dont change it till you get pulled over then rip the tint off and get the fix it ticket off. thats what we do..

 

35% on the front sides and limo on all the others....limo is a little dark for me so i suggest 5% on the back if you dont have any factory tint. If you have factory tint in the rear just have them go over it with the 35%.

 

Redneckstone - the cops around here are jerks, couldnt get away with that one, they already tailgate me through town

 

^^that is illegal for themto do that in most states.


i have 15 in the front side windows and back windows, i love it , i say go 15% it matches the factory tint perfect.

 

when I do mine i am getting 5% on the back and extended cab windows and the front windows 20%

 

i have 5 on back,extend cab, and front window visor and 15 on driver and passenger side door. Its perfect you can see at night but no one can see in during the day.

 

I have 32% on the driver/passanger side windows, 6% on the 1/4 back windows, and 12% on the rear slider(the rear slider is already tinted a little so 12% on it was the same as 6% on the non tinted 1/4 windows) Dont ahve any pics but it'll look just like Greg's

 

can someone post some pictures of 15,20,and 30-35, on the front two windows?
can you still see out of 20% at night?

 

i got 5 on back 15 on driver and passenger doors and i can see fine out the 15 atleast not so much the 5 though. the only problem i had seeing out 15 is parking space lines at night but once my lights hit them i could see. You have to keep in mind you sit up higher in a truck which makes it easier to see then in a lower car also the back window is straight up and down which makes it easier to see than a cars which is on an angle
