I'm getting tint done next week and was wondering if some of you guys would like to ***** out your trucks a little in hopes I would know what % tint I want. I don't want to go so dark I can't see out the back window at night. Also I was thinking about getting the side windows done, even though it's not exactly legal.
advice/comments/pics appreciated.

 

Here ya go man..I told the place to match my back window's factory tint..they put on 20%..I love it!! I think its the perfect percent for sure..not too dark to see out of but you usually cant see in

I have i think 20% ish. I had a tint shop put their gauge up to my windows. My rear and quarter windows are stock privacy tint. My side windows are 18% is what the gauge said.

We put 35% Carbon film on my parent contenental....looks awesome.

 

I have 35% on mine and its not too bad, Im gonna switch to 20 sometime though.

 

35% on the two front windows is the darkest by law in most states.

 

I like the 20% I think I might go with that all the way around thanks guys!

 

i have factory tint on the rear door glass and rear slider which is equivilant to about 15% or so

i just had the front windows tinted with 35%. it looks nice in my opinion. in my province no tint is allowed at all on the front windows so i went with 35% as its dark but you can still see through a bit from the outside.

 

Here is mine with 35% on the sides, 5% on the rear (Legal in Ga.)

 

factory tint with 2% film on the rear 3, 20% on the doors...........

 

heres mine just got it done like a week ago. all around the extended cab is Limo and the passenger windows are one shade lighter

i have the 15% but i think i am going to get 15% more added on so it will be darker then limo tint!!

 

mine match factory on my back windows i notice if you have a white silver red or tan truck it makes it look little darker i like them alot keeps the interior in shape

 

yeah i am going darker i have a friend who does window tint... getting 15 more on the sides 5% on the back and 35% on winshield all pretty illegal but so is what i got now.. might as well keep going
