I had 6000k HIDs and yellow PIAA fogs on my WRX. Yellow light really highlights the road during bad weather, and makes night driving a lot easier. Combined with the HIDs, driving at night was a real pleasure.

I hope to get some HIDs and yellow fogs in my 07 Ranger soon...

 

I have stock fog lights, do they make a yellow bulb for them?

 

yes, hella makes a 9005 "goldstar" yellow bulb. it'll fit your application.
