The stuff looks awesome, and I'm sure if you follow our how to on surface prepping the bed and tape everything off, you will have one nice *** bed.

No this isn't mine, I hve the professional stuff, however don't know which I have, I'm thinking Line-X from the quality.

That is a guy on RPS, I'm amazed at the finish and u don't have to roll the crap in. Looks professional as hell. I think this would be the best route to go instead of roll in stuff which costs about the same

 

On a budget this looks great. But i still like the Line-x due to the warranties.

 

I'm gonna hop on this as soon as it cools off I'm tired of my drop-in, the thing makes os much noise rattling back there and its causing some rust :-(

I live 10 minutes from the distributor tp tools and its amazing stuff. I know a kid who has it on his 1500 and its holding up great!

 

I have seen this stuff up close and it looks great! I really considered do it to my truck.

 

Every bedliner can be sprayed bro. The sprayer costs 13$ at home depot. So you can do this for 65$ if you get herculiner on sale which is hella easy.

And PS: every bedliner looks really nice when sprayed.

 

looks good too man! if I wasnt marine carpeting my boat, id definitly use this stuff. How well is your herculiner holding up? any chips or any of it coming off?

 

Sorry thats just a stock photo i found for sprayed herculiner. My herculiner is holding up great and it doesnt really chip(i dont think any do cause they're like rubber). Anways, i still need to paint my bed, i have my rocker panels herculiner and i like it. Protects the bottom quarter of truck from my 35s tossin rocks.

I did one of my previous Rangers with Herculiner, I like it.


After one year of heavy use, it held up well.


I've done 4 trucks with it, good stuff.

 

is it just the under coating guns with siphon tubes u guys are using to spray?

 

I used the rollers that were supplied in the kit and a brush.

 

that looks way better than my ford plastic liner

 

makes me really want to pull my plastic liner and spray this stuff on with like a rental sprayer

 

I plan to use UPol's Gravitex on the inside of my stepside fenders, and the inner fender well areas. i have used it at work and it's a nice product. figure it will clean up all the fiberglass work i've done.

 

Out of every 100 people that roll on their bedliner, maybe one sprays it on.
Just get an undercoat spray gun with

 

spraying is so much easier and cleaner looking

 

Spraying is the best way to go. An undercoating gun (aka Schultz gun) is the best way to do it. It is very easy to do as long as you have some 80 grit paper, some masking supplies and a compressor. It will come out much more uniform in appearance and just all around be a more professional looking job.

U-Pol makes a decent product and so does Morton. Both of them cost around $125 for a kit IIRC. My buddy has the Morton one in his El Camino. Its a catalyzed one and its holding up great.

 

This stuff rocks, doesnt fade, really holds up better then any DIY liner i've seen. I just finished doing my Wrangler with it. Its all about prep. This is hands down the best DIY liner for $100 with all the supplies and gun. Cant beat it.
