the ranger i just bought is in pretty good condition and id like to keep it that way before the winters here kill it. the guy i bought it from fixed it up, and did a crappy job of painting it. id like to sand it down and redo it, and maybe spray the lower portion of the body and the wheel wells with some sort of coating, maybe spray on bed liner. any recommendations?

 

I bedlinered the lower body line on my 90 ranger. I love it. Helps protect it from chips and tar, and whenever it gets looking a little rough it only takes a couple of minutes to touch up. BTW I did the roll on bedliner.

 

ok roll on seems like a more reasonable idea.

 

The roll ons works well and it goes on much thicker than the spray on. I also like the texture it gives over the spray on. The spray is real smooth and doesn't hide as much.
