Ive heard one 3.0 that sounded good. My buddy's 3.0 has a dumped chokemaster. I'm not sure the specs but it sounded deep. It was still too loud though since it was just dumped. I have a Magnaflow full cat back on my truck and it sounds great. Not too loud until I mash it. It isn't annoying in the cab either. Only a V8 should be really loud though. Unless of course you have a good sounding 6 cylinder engine which Rangers do not. Example: Nissan 300z, 350z, Toyota Supra, New Camaro V6, Taurus SHO.

I do. It doesn't sound good though. The only time it sounds good is under load above 3000 RPM. Also when I took the clip the exhaust was still new so no real time to break in.

Well again I didn't want an annoying *** truck. It gets old quick. I ran a year without a muffler and it sucked. I still think your truck is annoying and way too loud. The last thing I would want to hear on the way to work is massive cab drone.
