door handle filler plate question

i have 86 ranger xl and i just wanna know where can i get some filler plates for my door handles.

when i shaved the handles on my 89, i used an old fender to cut my filler panels from. then you dont hafta make the body line.

thanks guys but i found some pre fab fillers at www.grantkustoms.com they have alot more than that for the first gen rangers.
