Finished up Headache Rack and Front Bumper

I finished the rack and bumper a couple days ago. Still need to plate my bumper and install fogs on it. So here is a few pics. Name: DSC_0038-1.jpg

What type of welder did you use?

Does that bumper feel plenty sturdy?

I used my brand new Lincoln Electirc Power MIG® 140C with a 75% Air 25% CO2 tank. And the bumper is pretty sturdy. This was my first time welding

How is this going, bumper plated over yet ?

The bumper should be interesting, how/where did you plan on mounting the Fogs ?

The headache rack looks tall, might be the angle of the pic, but it does look higher than most.

AND the side supports… none ! there should be triangular supports on the outside edge of the rail angle iron support attaching to the rack, IT WILL BOUNCE AROUND !

This one is a Back Rack cut down from a style side bed to fit a Steppie.
The top bar was opened up for the 3rd brake light, so it is a little shorter than your BUT for me it works, for you it might not.

This one is a Pro-Tech, not much difference in the top bar heights.

Just a pic for comparison, man, not criticizing.

If this is your first welding project you will be doing things in welding, nice work.

Sorry for the late response but better late then never.
