front bumper

I decided awhile back that I didn't like the design I had for the 'stinger' style tube bumper I had made. So after I was inspired by a design of Jason's, I came up with this bumper. I started it a few days ago and have alot to do with it still, but I figured some people would be interested in it. The specs for what you see:

tube for winch to mount: 2" x 3", .180 (3/16") wall

front/main tube: 2-1/2" x 5", .250 (1/4") wall

I like it but it doesn't seem to flow with the body. I mean its sticking out a lot and there are huge gaps on either side. Still looks beefy though.

If I did, woulda had to cut into the grill as Jey did and I just didn't feel like going there, especially because it would have only netted me another 2" further back. In heinsight maybe I'll change my mind and rethink it. But I'll cross that bridge we I get to it.

I agree, but I'm sure it will look & flow better when it's done! Keep up the good work.

Okay so now everyone can form their 'near final' opinion of my front bumper as it is thhiiiiiiiiiiiiiiss close to being done! All that is left to be done is a couple D-Ring hanger blocks and a couple of tabs for lights.

Looks good... you might as well through a hitch receiver in there while you're at it

Thanks. Hitch reveiver not gonna happen, up front anyhow. With two D-rings it's all the same; I'll be just fine.

Not bad, I think I would of sacrificed the grille to mount it back a few more inches.

Could tell me what this measurement is?
