Why does the front come so far up? I never saw that before but it looks nice and strong. Also awesome fabrication!

Haha.. or any shop that has some decent quality machining equiptment. I'll get a pic of the 'drill press' I used for milling the holes. Before Jason closed his shop, using his mill was great!

I decided on the outside of the stinger tube, mostly because that was my original plan and it will put the shackles right in line with the frame.

So this is the drill press I used to mill the holes for the shackle blocks. Its a great press because you set the speed and down force, then start it and let it do its thing!

Haha..

I couldn't tell ya for sure, but if I had to guess I'd say ~120-130*. I think that's what you're asking? I don't know what diameter of the die I used was (not the tube diameter size), but couldn't be far off from your's as Jason got it through Pro Tools.

Yea I am sure its either a 6 or 7 inch

I was kinda curious because I am about to bend mine and didnt want it to be a complete guess

Re-worked my front bumper. I was never fully happy with every aspect of it.. now I am!

Front:

I altered the stinger supports: brought the outer ends in towards the frame along with raising where it hits the singer abit:

I also cut 3" off the end of the main tube on both sides. After doing so I realized how goofy the long, slanted ends had looked before:

Finally I sucked the whole bumper back 2-1/4":

Looks good Kevin, You really tucked that thing back in there. Only thing I can think is if you moved it up some but overall looks much better.

Nice man. You should weld it onto the frame and add a winch.

The bumper is what I've seen some pre-runners using for mounted lights. IE a "prerunner kinda" look.

what angle is it where you have the bumper start to turn in?
the reason i ask because im building a bumper with 45 degree angles and was just wondering to do a little comparing and maybe get an idea how mine will turn out once start to get the bumper started.
