Ok i got my nerf bars but the mounts dont match up. So i figured i have some steel pipes at my house i will make my own. Now I was woundering should i make the mounts fit the cab or go straight off the frame. I was thinking straight off the frame for strength and steel pipe should not break easy. I am thinking of using 1-1/2" or 2"(can't remember the size) steel pipe. So what do you guys think? Can it be done and how hard would it be?
