mounted mike's tire mount and bumper. (56k make a bumper)

well yesterday was wednesday 2/1/06 and mike came over cause i told him after he got his bumpers i would put them on for him ... and he aquired some pretty cool bumpers... but they were from a dif. ranger so the really didnt fit to well so we had to do some modifications... enjoy..

[/IMG]

the threds got cross threded on the old rusted nut that i welded back on the spair tire mount so we had to cut the bad threds off and the nut and buy a new nut and weld that one on...

well the original mounts that were their were too small width wise and heith wise aswell so we bought more 2" tube and cut the old mounts off...

ok well thats all ...

that took all day from 8 in the morning till 4:30 in the afternoon.. crazy but i had a lot of fun puting those on for him ... now the next project is puting on the front bumper...

enjoy...

Brent's old bumpers.. cool!

Two Words. SAFETY GLASSES! Nothing sucks worse than chunks of metal from grinding in your eye.. I haven't even had it that bad, and it sucks.

Good work.

ha ha that's what i thought when i went over to his house. i guess he was painting some signs or something. but you should see all the burn marks he has from welding underneath the truck. after he got burned like ten times he finally decided to put the leathers on

i got one in my eye cutting w/ the chop saw.

i had 6 burns on my arms and back from welding laying down..

and as a matter of fact one in my ear from welding as well...

the bwest thing about getting a spark in the ear is listening to is sizzle..
