Got this bumper kit a few weeks ago and finally had time to start working on it. The majority of the welding is done, just need to weld on the prerunner tubing and make brackets to fit on my body lifted ranger. Then get it coated with either bed liner or a powder coat. I'm pretty happy with it but it is rather heavy. Its like 4-5 times heavier than the stock bumper. You could go for the kit without the winch mount and get the bumper with 3/16 steel instead of 1/4 but I wanted the option of putting a winch. I'll get the scale out and weigh it once its finished. I should have all the welding done this weekend and the coating next week.

Got some more work on the bumper done. I meant to have it done already but other things got in the way. Body lift brackets done, shackle mounts done, and I also redesigned the bumper a little. I slimmed down the wings a bit. So now I just have to get the prerunner tube welded on and get it coated.

Looks like an interesting project.

Maybe a Brush Guard, looks empty above the bumper.
