My New Bumper PICS.

Like Wayne I too got the idea for my bumper from Andy. Here are the progress pics. It's not on/done yet. This is far as we got last night. Let me know what you think.
That's my friend Derek in the pics.(He's the brains of the operation).

looks nice and clean.. :)

oh if you want yer paint to last on the bumper..and no rust to start, wrap yer d-rings in some black hockey tape.. that way when they decide to hit the bumper(like they do a million times) it wont be metal on metal then

We made custom brackets and attched them to the frames. the brackets are welded to the bumper. The new brackets are mounted between the frame and the hitch.

That's cool! I wish i had a friend that was a good welder... he's not that great...lol.

I hope that hitch works out alright, cause at my usual wheelin' place my hitch alway hits the ground going down a couple certain drop-downs... the kind that make you scared the first couple times...lol.

The hitch should be fine, it is only about 1/4 of an inch lower than before and I haven't hit it yet.

Your sticker isnt strait....

lol.... Looks good, i cant see but did you guys weld caps on the ends of the tubing? I would spray it in bedliner so it lasts longer...I would keep the D rings off of it until i needed them, they will be annoying as hell
