i got this problem if you can see one of my cross bars are bent up into my gas tank and into my drive shaft is it possible to just cut it out without having to make another support for my gas tank

That is a crossmemeber of your frame. Removing it would compromise the structural integrity of your frame.

wow, how did you manage to do that?

yeah, if you cut it out I would definitely make another. why not just try to bend it back? its mild steel and should bend relatively easy.
