rattle cam truck bed liner from walmart. What i was thinking of doing is redoing it with undercoating and going over top that with truck bed liner. I think it would give it alot thicker coat

Definatly use 1/8th or 1/4 inch plate when you do it. And some 2" angle. And lots of braces.
