fully bolt-on, fully TIG welded, fully CUSTOM

wanted to keep the factory tow hooks, so i did. what should i put between them to fill that gap? front reciever? custom license plate("i got your JEEP thing, now it burns when i pee!")?
was thinkin maybe some rect. driving lights, but with three 5" lights on the main tube, i dont think i want that many lights up front....

next up, a rear bumper somewhat similar to what i built for gay-briel and some sliders. oh yeah, and new tires

Great work, I like the idea of a front reciever in the space. If there is enough clearance with the bumper you could put a winch on there.

tungsten inert gas for teh win!!! (i hope i'm right on that...or else i'll get stallowned)
correct, and you win.......more time to practice your TIG skills
whatcha gonna do about those big *** gaps on the left and right sides?
well, i assume you are refering to the space under the headlights, between the main tube and the grille shell. im probly not gonna do anything with them since this is how i designed the bumper to look.

I think it looks good but there's alot of empty space, I doubt you wanna go back and work on it more, but if it were me I' go more for something like this.

hrrmmm. i think that also looks good.
would take away from the entry angle, and you would need to remove the half sphere from the bumper bracket to get enough clearence for a good fit. interesting though.

the section under the left headlight got busted in a stock bumper vs. guardrail battle. the stock bumper lost...

That sucks, did the bumper get messed up to or are you just replacing it?
