Haven't said much about it...

Well, I haven't said much of it, but a while back I picked up a 95' Mustang Cobra. Its black, with tan leather. 50,000 miles. Has BBK equal length headers, 75mm throttle body, BBK X-pipe, dual 3" Magnaflows, Eibach pro kit springs, 3.55 gears, and so on. Today, I just ordered my Vortech supercharger kit for it from Jegs, should be here Saturday morning. I will post pics soon, of the car, the install, and the dyno runs to come. I'm going to shoot for 400 whp @ 10psi..

Sounds like a nice car for sure. My buddy has a 96 mystic with a blower on it, its pretty nice. Does the car have the 5.0 or 4.6?

Haha. Pics coming soon. I will ***** rides out, but I'm going to put a donation can on the dash that reads "for tires, fuel, and tickets" ... Every dollar helps. LOL. I have already started on taking crap apart, this kit is a TON of work. I had to cut a hole on the trunk floor, drill and tap the oil pan, relocate the radiator shroud a little bit, pulled off the smog pump assembly, etc. just in preparation of the install.

There is a TON of CHEAP stuff out there for 5.0s which is the whole reason I jumped on this car, that and I'm a sucker for the way 5.0s sound in general.

All done! Took 3 days, but I was very meticulous and did alot of BS'ing with the neighbors that wondered why they heard power tools at midnight the day before. Heres a rundown of the pics.

(1,2) All done, ready to test fire..
(3) Yea. It cost me 2700 bucks, a gallon of sweat, and a pint of blood.
(6) Fuel Management Unit *FMU* ... Increases fuel pressure ...
(9) Interior shot ... I love leather, full power everything, and keyless entry.

I know its dirty, but it has since been tuned, a couple bugs worked out of it, and washed/waxed ...

Car pulls STRONG. I am thoroughly impressed. Thus far I have pulled on a modded Lancer Evolution, stock C5 Vette 6 speed, a modded WRX STI, and some others... Videos coming...

Dude, its sooo wierd to drive the Cobra, then hop in the Ranger. I get in the truck, and feel like I'm running on 3 cylinders and am about to tip over.

I will take some clean pics of the car tommorow.

P.S. It doesn't take a fast car to make the Ranger feel slow. Its just slow period.

haha tell me about it I have the 3.0 with auto with tires that are almost 31in. So it's pretty damn slow haha. Hopefully some day i'll manage to get another sn95. Had a 96 gt and now i'd like to land a cobra of that body style.

Buddy of mine blew his on 10lbs :( but he got a 331 on Low compression and has a T-Trim vortec now on 18lbs.

Hes going to sell it and get a procharger and hit for 24lbs. He's got a 95 GT.
