Did you apply a filter to these pictures or use a filter on the camera?

RazorsEDGE 02-15-2011 02:24 PM

No filter, just me trying to save some very over exposed images.

04blackedge 02-15-2011 02:25 PM

Ah gotcha, makes sense then. Truck looks great

98liftedranger 02-15-2011 02:47 PM

Needs a lift!

RazorsEDGE 02-15-2011 02:49 PM

There I edited the post and replaced the edited pics with the unedited, overexposed pics. They look better anyway lol.

Thanks. The color according to the window sticker is 'Dark Copper Clearcoat' and I'll be damned if it isn't hard to get a photo to represent the way it looks in person.

Here's the best I have to show what it looks like in person.

Although I kind of like stacks I won't be getting any. They would interfere with that remote controlled power sliding bed cover and I don't wanna give that up haha!

SB05EDGE 02-15-2011 07:20 PM

very nice Ryan....always like those trucks

01RangerEdge 02-15-2011 07:23 PM

I would suggest painting the steps black. And a stainless tip.

Truck looks great regardless

IMO painting the steps is one of those ghetto mods, and this truck won't be getting any of those. I think it would chip away to easily and end up looking....well.....ghetto.

The tan plastic trim is part of the King Ranch package so the steps, bedside caps, bumper plastic, and grill honeycomb are all that color plastic.

01RangerEdge 02-15-2011 07:39 PM

Oh I gotcha, I didn't know if it was just faded or what.

You still need a stainless tip though lol

KLC 02-15-2011 07:48 PM

You guys are good at spending Ryan's money.

The tan steps flow great with the two toned King Ranchs, but they kind of stick out on mine since the two tone was removed.

And I agree about the stainless tip. I've been looking at them but I just have other things higher on the priority list lol.

Haha, yeah, same with the one I had. It's nice being able to save more money now.

RLong31 02-15-2011 08:59 PM

Love the king ranch, that thing is sweet. LOVE that color. I'm jealous bro.

bigandrw 02-15-2011 09:35 PM

Looks great Ryan.

Now, what does the inside look like? Lol

RazorsEDGE 02-15-2011 09:51 PM

I've already whored out the interior pics from the previous cleaning lol.

DangerRanger91 02-15-2011 10:17 PM

You sir have a great looking truck.... doesnt need anything done to it, just looks great as is!

FordTough2007 02-15-2011 10:25 PM

love the truck, honestly it looks great. my dad had an 03 and damn did i love the truck. the only thing that gets me about yours is since its a solid paint job, and not two tone it doesnt really give me that true king ranch feel. we had one of the first super duty king ranches and its just something thats always something thats stuck with me. i hope you dont take it as knocking your truck, because i lovee your truck and i get after my dad every day for selling his. but again. love the truck man. looks amazingg

Oh god no I was kidding. Stacks are for standard cab pre-98 diesels only in my opinion. You go ahead and keep that bomb bed cover on as long as it keeps the stacks off lol.
