Well duratracs aren't a mud tire to begin with so comparing them to an MT is a mute point. From my experience AT's handle, ride and perform better in snow and ice than an MT. Sure I like the look of an MT but id much rather have the on road and winter perfomance of an AT on a truck that is driven 30 miles a day on the highway and rarely see's more than a dirt road. Sometimes you have to choose function over form.

i hate goodyear tires with a passion but from what ive seen of them they seem like they would fill the spot between AT and MT so yeah, best of both worlds. They do have a cool tread pattern.
Looks good Pat! I haven't read the whole thread so I may be missing some info. I'm guessing your looking into a new set of tires. Going bigger or staying the same size? Personally I love the BFG AT for every day driving. They are very comfortable and should do well with what you use that truck for.
Ive just got a set of destination A/T about 2 months ago...probably the best tire ive ever found for price and effectiveness and (according to all the reviews on tirerack) the best life. Whoever mentioned the revo2...all ive read is that theyre crap idk

Yeah, I think you will continue to like them, ive got just over 10,000 miles on mine now and they are wearing good so far and are still smooth and quiet.

Yeah, I just havent had good luck with the GY's ive had (wranglers, AT/S, RT/S) they were terrible in the rain and like driving on ball bearings in the snow and they wore terribly.
Only issues that everyone seems to agree on with them is rain traction. My dad AT/S have that issue, and everyone on here with 06+ 4x4 Rangers that came with the RT/S complain about them and I think someone even crashed recently running those tires in the rain.
