Issues with drivetrain, need help!

This morining when i started my truck i put my books in it and started it for a few minutes before i left. Ok everything is fine.
I put it in reverse, and after i backed up 2 feet i heard/felt a weird clunk, sounded likle it was coming from the rear end, i thought it was the differential or something, well i didnt think much of it, put it in drive and started driving towards the road. While i was going about 5 MPH(we have a long driveway) 1/2 way down my drive way my truck just stopped. I was like ok...?? It was like someone put on the brakes, while i was going. Weird. So i put it in reverse, and didnt step on the gas, nothing.....so i gave it gas and it started to move, but i was getting that sound from the brakes, like when you put the gas and the brake on at the same time, but just enought for the truck to move.
So i think my brakes are locked up, tranny is locked or something, or my rear end is messed up.....
My engine/drivetrain is still under warranty, i HOPE its going to be covered if its the brakes.....After i narrow it down more from your responses im going to call the dealer, and see when i can take it in.

Took it to the dealer, and they said it was the Emergency Brake Cable that was stuck.....
I put it on last week when i met my dad at a jobsite....
I parked on a steep hill, and had it on for no more than 2 minutes and i moved my truck.....
Since i never use my emergency brake, there was a rust build up in the e-brake line, and when i used it last week it got "stuck" even when i pulled it to the "off" position. So bacically ive been driving around with the E-brake about 1/4 of the way on, and it burned up my rear left brake....
Went to the dealer, and as he took apart the brake to Free-Up that e-brake cable, the rear brake basically fell apart.....So i get a new e-brake line, and new rear BRAKES out of the deal.....Im really glad because after the 33's, if i had to stop, like on a dime, it wasnt good, didnt stop very quick, but now im thinking that this is going to help out.
So, there will be another update when i get the truck back either tomorow, or wednesday...
Guess i'll be driving my dads 5.4L F-150 for a day or so...That dont bother me, its got a badass borla exhaust, sounds soo nice....
But i still want my truck back as soon as possible lol.

Jack the rearend up and put it on jackstands, put it in gear and see if the tires move freely. You could also see if you could get the rear drums off, if you cant or they are pretty tight coming off then it could be the breaks. Unhook the ebrake cable and see if its stuck as well.

Back with my 99 when i had a "simular problem" I would push the brake to put it in drive and when i let go of the brake to go,it wouldnt move. Then when i BAIRLY touched the gas it would vibrate (like the brakes were rubbing) and the truck would SLOWLY move. If i were to let go of the gas the truck would come to a sudden stop.
It sounds very simular to what is happining to your truck.
If you are still under warranty, i would make a trip to the dealer and make then drive it.
Im pretty sure its your rear brakes not adjusting right.
They are suppost to readjust everytime you back up.
I have class tonight and we are learning about drum brakes in class.
Ill ask my teacher for you.

the new F150s have the same problem, in fact it was very common in the 04 MY, the brake cable holded inside the drum works like a scissor, and it would get rusted stuck ALL THE TIME, creating a dangerous high speed vibration. glad youre getting it fixed though

Glad they handled it for ya, I use my E-Brake everyday due to being a manual truck. I noticed in the winter my rear brakes froze and the truck would not move lol. It took alot to get it moving and a nice bang when it let go.
ha, my dad picked me up from the dealer and when we got home, my little brother got out of the truck (f-150) and weas like "whats that smell???" so we leaned down to the left rear brake, and its doing the SAME thing my truck is......i thought that was weird, same day, same hour...very strange.
Yeah, well that left side e-brake needs to be pointed UP, not DOWN so the water cant get in there and sit to cause RUST......or stainless brakes lines would help, probably too much $$ though.
Ok, got the truck back earlier, everything is good.....I noticed when i come to a stop there is more "pressure" with the brake pedal now than there was before, so thats cool.
They replaced there Rear Brakes, and E-Brake Lines.
