Nice truck!! Done ALOT of body work in my day and i have to say from the looks of it your gonna have to replace the cab. With the way its damaged there's no good fix for it. If you try to FIX it it'll never be right. You gaps and jambs will never line up right like there supposed too. unless you know someone the paint and material will be in the ball park of $500-$750. White is pretty cheap as far as colors but is a pita to match. All the best luck though!!

thanks for the tip, but the body lines and door jams already line up. that roof should push out no problem, may have an issue with the roof skin is all because of the ribs in the middle of the roof so we may end up skinning that. we didnt replace the complete roof on my ranger, just a skin and everything lines up perfect on it. but im leaving the roof part up to my dad, hes been doing this way longer than me (about 35 years longer lol) well cross that bridge when we get there i geuss and youre not lying, white is one of the hardest colors to match. luckily my dad gets a realy good discount on paint. honestly, i couldnt tackle a project like this without the help of my dad and his experience and painting and body work skills. i can do alot of the stuff, but the real tough stuff is his area. lol

well i finally started the tear down of the f-150 today. when ford said these thing are put together well they werent lying. this thing is hard to get apart! lol i only got a couple hours on it but i got the back window out, back seats and seat belts, sub woofer and rear window actuator. by tomarrow night i should have the front seats, console and carpet out. i will have pics probably tomarrow night. once i get that interior out we can start pushing the roof around. to be continued.......

so im now 5 hours into the teardown, i got the interior removed except for the dash, that will stay in. the roof structure looks pretty good from the inside so we should be able to repair it instead of sectioning it. we may end up replacing the inner roof brace that goes along the back of the roof above the window. anyways, on to the pics of the bare interior.
