Few new pictures of the SD

I was a bit bored this afternoon, went for a drive. Thought I would take a few pictures. Not much has really changed and its filthy.. lol

I am so ready for winter to be over, then hopefully I can get a good wash and wax on this thing.

Haha, so you did get a stack. Truck looks good! What's the bare aluminum piece in front? Looks like some kind of protection plate.

Its to restrict cold air from hitting the oil cooler. It runs too cool if I dont have that in if its under 50* outside.

so far so good. I added a thermostat to it a while back but it still was funky. I then switched to T6 Rotella 5w-40 and everything is great. I usually run around 180 now.

I like the stacks. I was trying to think of a word, and they almost look "humble".

Not too big and "here I am look at me". And they are black as well, which is awesome.

At least it isn't two of them, and it isn't chrome so it isn't that bad. If it was two chrome ones I would have banned you. I say you put the leveling kit back on, I think trucks look better a little higher in the front.

I do agree, that is what i was so hesitant to put it in in the first place but i thought I could do it and make it clean. I think I accomplished that. I also agree on how trucks look with the front end up. However pulling the gooseneck trailer it was absolutely unbearable. It might have just been the crappy ohio roads but that was enough for me to change it. I want to get air bags for the rear which is another reason I needed the 5" exhaust gone. One step at a time.

Looks good. Is there any reason it is in that spot instead of at the side?
