I finally bit the bullet and ordered custom tunes for the truck. I got an 87 performance tune from Justin at VMP and an 87 tow tune from Mike at 5 Star. I am very pleased with BOTH tunes, they actually made a noticeable difference on the 4.6. The performance tune really makes the truck jump, while the towing tune made a big difference in the torque. especially how well the truck holds 4th gear and a locked converter on the highway. Overall I am a happy man
