Yup. If analog gauges are your thing then EOT and ECT should be the first, followed by fuel pressure.

So what does a scan gauge or a edge system run. Has or is anyone running the bully dog system

Scangauge is like $160 Edge insight CS is $300. The scangauge won't monitor quite as much as the edge though.

There are people that run the bully dog but like I said those type of tuners are known as tranny killers. Custom tuning is the way to go.

So either edge or scan gauge... ok cool. Will start shopping around this weekend for either one

Edge for gauges, SCT with Innovative diesel custom tuning or Gearhead performance tuning, also GoGo diesel custom tuning is another good one. On top of what these guys have said I would recommend a Coolant Filter Kit from Dieselsite.com or Sinister Diesel.

It will help filter out the particles that can clog the oil cooler.
