Hello folks,

My daughter has a 2015 ford fiesta and her SYNC blue tooth device wont let her phone (or mine) properly connect. It connects until I try and do something like play a song then disconnects itself. anyone know what could be going wrong?

Apple phones don't like Bluetooth because it is not "Apple" property, Apple likes AirPlay because Apple owns it, lol.
If you have an iPhone then check Apples websites for info on connecting with Ford Bluetooth

Apple also has issues with playing some songs from the phone to other devices, it is an iTunes issue

Don't get me wrong I like Apple they make great products, they just "don't play well with others"

 

Android auto on all the other makes of cars is a royal PITA as well. Thankfully my chevy and android phone play nicely for music - navigation? yea no... got a route and its following it just fine like it should then it spazzes, screen goes black, comes back to showing your entire route, then zooms in on your dot, then finally starts navigating again. Takes a good 30 sec for it to do this but does it every 3 minutes...

 

What happened to maps and mix tapes?
