big update.. havent been on here lately dont have the ranger anymore so i dont see the need to be
anyhoo.. i traded my 88 s15 for this truck this past saturday. when i was looking at buying the truck a friend of mine beat me to it and he had for a couple years then his landlord rolled his s10 and wanted mine but had no money so we traded straight across.. its an 85' f250 reg cab long box,351 4 speed, 4x4, manual locking hubs. problems are oil leaks, friend says the front passenger side axle shaft is snapped but not sure.. when we pulled it over to my house it seemed fine and you'd think the whole the axle shaft and tire would pull out from the axle.. it didnt move not sure what is going on.. i have a stock front bumper for it and a little weenie front push bar too.. a friend of mines truck just died and he has a big *** winch bumper on his truck so maybe i can make him a deal.

here is some pics that i took from a friends house.

yup runs and drives awesome.. needs battery and gas. engine has no knocks or clunks or nothing.. i live in canada and they like to toss salt on the roads here so this is normal ford body rust around here and i can fix it up no problem.. the truck is gonna sit for a few months so i have time to fix it up and i'll keep some gas in it so i can move it around the yard if i have to.

the dents are fairly easy to fix. you should have seen the s15 when i bought it... talk about dents.... the lower passenger side box behind wheel well i think the tire fell off or something and mushed the box so it will have to be cut out and a new section made or bought and welded in. i know how to do body work the previous owner didnt. the dent in the driver's fender the previous owner did that by pulling into his skinny *** driveway with one headlight and tapped a tree..

i made a walkaround video of it today so when i get some time i will upload that.

well i went to fire up the truck and found a couple cracked fuel lines so i bought some new ones slapped them on and it fired right up, runs good, smokes a bit but it runs and drives just fine..

not much of an update... starting painting the fenders and hood because it was bugging me.. i tried to buy a winch bumper off a friend but he got his truck fixed so he wasnt getting rid of it. definitely needs a battery though.. and it stopped smoking too.
