So I have a ranger it already had a rebuilt title but I was on the way to the inspection and got into an accident so now my question is can I just go get another frame and swap everything over the frame on mine already has one repair and if I could I’d like to just swap frames and take everything I could from a donor truck would the frame need it’s title and has anyone done this and got it inspected though the state to register

Not sure what Georgia vehicle law is?
If the VIN on the cab stays the same then rebuilt is rebuilt so shouldn't matter what frame is under it
Ranger frames do have the VIN stamped on the upper side of the frame rail, under the cab, usually on passenger side, but hard to see with cab on the vehicle

VIN does have the Body frame type, 5th, 6th and 7th numbers:
R10 — Ranger 4×2 regular cab
R11 — Ranger 4×4 regular cab
R14 — Ranger 4×2 (2-door SuperCab)
R15 — Ranger 4×4 (2-door SuperCab)
R18 — Ranger 4×2 (4-door SuperCab)
R19 — Ranger 4×4 (4-door SuperCab)

So that needs to stay the same
