04+ 2.3L extended cab with Mtrans? Do they exist?
Hey guys. I'm in the market for an ext cab 2.3 duratec with a manual transmission. Preferably an 04 or later model but I can't seem to find any and in starting to wonder if they made any. I've found plenty with an auto trans, just no sticks.
