Icon7 05 Valance & Foglights (my first post) ?!

Hey, Thanks y'all. My first post here. I have the 05 2wd w/ 2.3, chrome bumper, dark plain lower valance, so no foglamps. Deciding between bull bar w/ universal fogs or going the valence swap route. 4 questions please:

(1.) MODIFIED VALENCE - READY-FIT FOR AFTERMARKET FOGLAMPS? Does anybody make / modify a Ranger valence panel that will fit LARGER than stock SAE legal aftermarket oval / rectangle shape foglights ?

(2.) IF NOT, THEN WHICH VALENCE IS BETTER (ROUND OR SQUARE) FOR WHAT'S OUT THERE IN AFTERMARKET FOGLAMPS THAT FIT the OEM hole ? Performance valued over "look". I'd like to hear of specific lamp sets used please.

(3.) DO THEY MAKE TRUE AMBER (NOT YELLOW) FOGLAMPS THAT ARE... high(er) candlepower, will fit the valence, w/ a clean adjustable horizontal beam so SAE and won't blind drivers ahead of me?

(4.) OLD NON-FOG BUMPER & VALENCE SWAP: This forum other thread says 01-11 bumper w/ valence are interchangeable but have to get them as a pair since can't mix foglamp valence on current non-foglamp chrome bumper, correct ? Tricks / ideas to keep my current chrome bumper appreciated.

I did this on my '02 XLT 2wd. I went and got a 4X4 bumper because on my particular years, 01-03, it was the only way to do it and keep it factory. I went through LMC Truck because I couldn't find any at the parts yard.
