My 2005 Ranger bed is off

Hey guys/gals we bought our first truck and getting into it a little deeper than I wanted to right off the bat. It's a 2005 with just less than 70k and in nice shape. However after the wife and I have dug into detailing cleaning like we always do with everything were finding out about some things. Won't go into too much but we have done the typical stuff, thoroughly cleaned interior, and engine bay. Being were in the rust belt I got under the truck initially before buying and checked out the frame. Its normal for what I have seen on other rangers we looked at. So us being the way we are decided we were going to stop any further decay and take care of rust proofing the best we can. Well that is a dirty job non the less. We removed the bed after doing research here and other google discussions with no big issues. The bolts came out with no big issues with the one right behind driver nearest cab being the most stubborn. Likely since I couldn't get to the bottom of it with PB blaster since gas tank right there. Well here is what I'm hoping someone can help me out with. Those black pads that are on the frame that the bed sits down on are in need of replacing. These are almost like a real thick 3/8 inch tar like rubber compound that sticks to the frame side but has a thin plastic film on top that allows the bed to have a slight cushion/vibration damper. The spots on the pads that went up into holes on the bed shows how thick they originally were since there was nothing there to compress it. The part of the pad that was compressed is pretty thin know and I would like to put new ones on.The Ford dealership was no help Does anyone know or recommend a product that they have used to replace theirs. I know I have seen something in the past that would have worked but do not remember where I saw this product or even how long ago. Its driving me crazy trying to find info on this as I want to do things right. Again this is like a black tar like resin very thick and are about a 3 inch square. Don't want to use rubber shims like tire material as I want something as close to oem as I can find. Thanks
