Yeah its the 4 cyl. I saw a local commercial that showed an fx4 l2 and they mentioned the ranger being fuel efficient. I chuckled.

fuel efficient by whos standards? the guy buying the gas, or the guy selling the gas?

Too bad ford didn't revamp the 4.0 to a small bore ,long stroke engine with more ponies and torque for a lot less fuel . I would have bought one instead of a 3.slow
