Post 1984 Ranger trans swap

Hi, I'm new to the forum and would like to ask for some help. I've built race cars for a long time and this is my first truck build. I bought this 1984 Ranger P/U with a sick 2.3 motor. I have decided to build a V8 truck with a 500hp small block ford. I have put a ford 9 inch rear end in it and boxed in a fuel cell into the frame. I have all the components to build the truck including a C4 trans with the Mustang II bellhousing, flywheel. My questions are, how do I bypass the clutch switch? Also the box mounted on the passenger fender well with all the vacuum hoses can I get rid of all of it? Don Thanks for your help.

The ignition switch under the steering column(above brake pedal area) will have a Red/Light blue stripe wire coming out, maybe 2 of them.
One will go to a connector just above clutch pedal or where clutch pedal would be if automatic, that red/lt blue wire will only have 12volts when key is turned all the way to START.
Thats the wire you want to connect to your starter relay, whether it is on the inner fender or on the starter motor(newer models)

Yes, you can remove all the vacuum hoses and solenoids from the engine bay.
They were for Carb, EGR, and EVAP systems
