I have a 1995 Ford Ranger XLT 6cyl 2x4. My parking lights stay on and I have no flashers or turn signals. The flasher relay makes a buzzing sound. But if I push the flasher button; it stops. I suspect it is the flasher module but concerned because it seems to always be electrically hot. So the issue may lie else where. Unplugged the GEM module and same issue. Only way to fix issue is to disconnect the battery. Help!
