1998 RANGER Cranks then turns off!!

PLEASE HELP!!!!
i am having trouble with my
98 ford ranger v6 3.0
i woke up to go to work and my truck did not want to start.
i kept trying and got it to start but it wouldn’t Accelerate.
gas pedal to the floor and NOTHING.
then it shut off.
its been 3 days now.
i changed IAC, FUEL PUMP, Fuel filter, fuel pressure is great, fuel inertia switch working.. I’m stuck..
My truck literally just starts, revs really ugly and shuts off.

Are there any codes? I.e check engine light on?

check engine light is off! ;O

Have you hooked up a scanner to see if there are any codes?
is there spark?
try disconnecting the maf connector and see if it starts. if it starts you have a faulty maf.
