Passenger side rear drum brake was getting hot and smoking. So I replaced it with all new hardware and wheel cylinder. Took it for a test drive and is hanging up.
Use Parking brake to adjust the shoes
Hold out Park Brake release and pump the pedal a few times, this adjusts the Star Wheel in each rear drum to its correct position
See if that one wheel is still locking up
New rear shoes WILL rub for first 100 miles or so, the shoes need to match the drums curve, there are machines that would do this before installing the new shoes, but not really needed for DIY, simply driving will wear down the high spots on the new shoes
If you feel the main brake pedal go down a bit and then drop a bit more you have air in the system, if its 4 wheel ABS then you need to take it to a shop that can bleed 4WABS or get/rent the device that opens the ABS valves so each wheel can be bleed with an open ABS valve
