2005 rear differential

2005 rear differential
Replacing axel bearing and seals. Bearing races are not coming out with a slide hammer and bearing removal adapter.
Any good ideas for a guy doing this in his driveway?

Heat causes metal to expand
Cold causes metal to shrink

Heating and then cooling can help break things free

Propane torch and cold water(spray bottle)
