EW the two tone and the nasty grill and the ugly bumper/valance... no thanks... after 03 the ranger is dead to me... only ranger after 03 i like is the 04 only level II in either black or gun metal.. thats it... in 05 they went to the ****ty tow hooks no thanks...

 

Thats why i bought an 02. They look better than the 98-00 and the 04-current

It'll probably be pretty stupid looking. Then again, maybe it'll be offered with a diesel. Then there'd be a simpler diesel swap.

The truth can sometimes.....

 

a crew cab would be nice but i think they would defintely have to smooth out some lines to a crew cab ranger. I think the ones in argentina look to ugly. Need to look more agile. I think a redesign will boost sales and help compete with frontiers and tacomas.

 

my girl is diggin that new redesigned Escape....it kinda looks like a baby exploder with the new front end.

 

Stone your right its not 5.5 liters for the diesel its a 4.4L, its a bit too big and too powerful for the ranger platform.

 

Well anything under 2001 is fugly as hell.....

 

if the new ranger comes 4 door diesel i will jump all over it

 

Eh. I won't buy another Ranger. It's too "small" , I'll just wait until they introduce the diesel F-150, get a gunmetal FX-4 and call it a day.


That...or keeo the Ranger, and buy a Porsche Cayman S.

The info posted there is a dating back to 2005. I know there are some changes for 2008 that may anger some.

 

I think mine looks awesome... just wait... it'll grow on ya :)
