Would 31×10.5x15 on my stock 2005 ford ranger edge look good and would they rub

 

31x10.5x15 came on my Ranger from the factory but it is 4WD. The 2WD Rangers have different suspension in the front and are lower than 4WD. You may have to raise you truck a little to get them to fit without rubbing.

 

I had 31's on my stock 2000 2wd ranger and they rubbed like hell on the sway bars and frame

 

My brother is running the exact setup on his stock 2wd mazda and they rub a little on the top of the front wheel well but other than that there good

 

I just realized you mentioned your Ranger is an Edge. As I recall, the Edge has the same suspension as a 4WD Ranger and the 31x10.5-15 tires should fit with no problem.
