Blacking out my Ranger - for FREE!

Thanks to a great deal I got with my insurance company and body shop guys, I'm getting some nice new toys to dress up the brand spankin new front end of my 2000 Sport.

Here's the most recent picture before the accident (a very dirty one):

I've decided to get rid of the diamond clear front lights and go with a set of Black halo projectors and turn signals:

I've also decided to get a Carraige Works black billet main and bumper grills, instead of the regular polished or brushed billet finish.

Before; Trenz billet grill

They look the same as this, with the exception of the year model:

This will make the entire front end of my truck black, to compliment my black euro tails:

Let me know what you think of a blacked out 2wd Sport, as far as the headlights and grills go! I'm open for all opinions!

Nice...I like the lights and the grill in particular. I'll probably take my stock honeycomb grill and paint it black at some point. I'll probably end up purchasing some black headlights rather than modding my stock lights.

Ford quoted me $380 for a new set of 2K headlights. I got mine from Ebay for $125 plus $40 shipping. (priority) The grills were a little more expensive at $270 for the set, but it's all coming out of my $500 deductible anyway!

Compared to the other option, I think I got the best set:

Great! I'm glad you guys think so too. I was worried about first impressions at first, but we'll see very soon when I post pics of the finished product!

Going to look nice I love those headlights for our years also Love that your going to the one piece full billet grille instead of your old 2 piece one I love mine and once its on your truck you will fall in love with the look of your truck over and over every time you see it.
