long story short...

They were trying to repair some lines (FP&L-florida power and light) and he "slipped" off the trail and got really stuck. It took 4 trucks, a full track, and 6 wheeler to get him out. Everyone got stuck except the track. He got stuck really far back from the road and it was about 3ft deep water at the time and 3 more ft of mud. I got WAY more pics of that situation...

That's a good way to F**K up your transmission... doing 50 and hitting that mud like that!

it sounds like you only want the look and some mild fun...in that case 2wd might be for you...just bear in mind snow in toronto can be difficult and more dangerous than your fwd accord

how much off-road are you considering?

I also have 2wd and was able to drive down some gravel roads and go quickly through 3-4" of mud. But once I was once fatally stuck with my tires slightly sunk into some hard-packed slush/ice so now I only off-road on things I can do in a civic.
