Icon4 4x4 help

I posted in another thread but need help ASAP, I have a 1994 ford ranger splash super cab with a 4.0 and manual hubs, I was driving earlier and slid so I got out and locked my hubs upon entering the truck I hit the 4x4 button and nothing happened I tested the control module and all fuses and relays nothing was blown and module worked fine, a new switch is 312.00$ so id like to save a couple hundred if anyone knows of a simple problem to fix this or a bypass method or otherwise please let me know neither the dash indicator or the light beside the button is lighting up!!!

bad motor on the transfer switch? I replaced mine a few winters ago with an Advance Auto rebuild. They have a nylon washer in there that acts as a bump-stop...eventually it gets crushed and allows the motor to go too far, which then confuses the control module. When mine went, it'd flash the 4x4 light something like 6 times.

I need help w the 4x4 on my 00 ranger. I know it runs off vacuum but I'm not getting vacuum unless I unplug it from under the hood on passenger side. Then have vacuum but still dosent lock in I'm assuming because its unplugged. I've never been able to get these hubs to lock since I bought the trk
