I just changed the ATF in my 2010 2.3 Ranger transmission with 73k on it. Was not expecting a big change, not only shifting smoother, the lazy synchro between 3rd and 4th (had to pause so it would not grind) is gone. I can shift as fast as I want with no griding. I used Mobil 1 Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid.
