Welcome to the forum
Not much to go on
What did the old spark plug tips look like?
were they blackish or light brown(normal)
There are 2 fuel lines that come into the engine bay from the gas tank
One is the Return fuel line, it is connected to the Fuel Pressure Regulator(FPR), looks like a small "can"
The FPR also has a Vacuum hose attached, pull off this hose and check if for gasoline, if found change FPR, its leaking and flooding out the engine
1994 3.0l uses a distributor, so it needs to be timed now and then
You need a timing light to do this, and engine must be warmed up to time it
TFI ignition module, is new, so did you time engine after installing?
If not then I would do that, 10deg is spec but most prefer 12deg BTDC
There is a SPOUT connector that needs to be unplugged prior to timing distributor
When engine has sat for at least 6 hours(so cold), when you start it does it idle high, 1,100rpm, and then over the next 5min or so does the idle come down on its own?

The timing has been checked and is good the fuel pressure is about 40 lbs. the return line checks out. The cylinders all check out compression is 140 Lbs. on all cylinders. I bought this truck new about 26 years ago.
It has a new distributor cap and rotor. It jerks during acceleration also . It has no power till the rpms are up. It idles fairly smooth !
